We are looking for anyone who has 7+ years and related fields of experience who can lead the architecture and design of complex software systems and the most known technologies like Odoo, MERN stack, Laravel, Python, Django, SpringBoot, Java, WordPress, Flutter, React Native and Others. Guide and mentor junior developers on tech stack use. Manage and resolve project technical related issues. Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and secure practices. Liaise with internal teams on requirements and technical feasibility. Strong communication and collaboration, teamwork, understanding of Agile/Scrum, effective time management, problem-solving mindset, adaptability to new tools and feedback, basic digital tool proficiency (e.g., Jira, Git, Google Workspace), and awareness of security and data handling best practices.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Tech Lead, you are the technical authority and guide for the development team, responsible for translating business objectives into a clear technical vision and ensuring its successful execution. You will define and drive the team's technical strategy and roadmap while leading, managing, and empowering engineers to be productive and aligned. Your role requires you to serve as the primary technical decision-maker, unblocking the team and resolving complex challenges. You will oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, and champion a culture of high quality, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team's architectural integrity and overall engineering excellence.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development across multiple stacks (Odoo, Python/Django, MERN, Laravel, Java/SpringBoot, WordPress, Flutter, React Native, etc.).

• Build and maintain Odoo modules, APIs, and system integrations.

• Break down business requirements into technical tasks and delegate effectively.

• Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural discussions.

• Ensure code quality, testing coverage, security, and performance standards.

• Resolve complex technical issues and manage technical debt.

• Collaborate with product, design, and management teams on requirements and feasibility.

• Mentor and guide developers to improve skills and productivity.

• Oversee deployments, DevOps practices, and system stability.

Job Requirements

• 5 - 8+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.

• Strong skills in Python, Django, Odoo, plus experience with MERN, Laravel /PHP, Java/Spring Boot, and mobile frameworks (Flutter/React Native).

• Proven ability to design scalable architectures and make key technical decisions.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps, testing, performance optimization, and security best practices.

• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and Agile/Scrum experience.

• Familiarity with Jira, Git, and Google Workspace.

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field.
