Title: - HR Administration
Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine HR plan for the departments and prepare the companies
Prepare and execute Organizational recruitment and selection process.
Develop and execute performance appraisals schedule
Plan, organize and coordinate staff training and development activities.
Supervise all HRM personnel activities including Social security and labor law.
Direct and coordinates activities concerned with the Security, cleaning, office & building maintenance.
Follow-up and approval of utility bills of electric, water, telephone, internet.
Coordinate all general service activities of the company.
Perform all HR Personnel activities of the company Follow up building and office equipment maintenance and all general service activities of the company.
Follow up and reports weekly and monthly Time attendance.
Place of work: - Addis Abaa Kilinto or
Term Of employment: - Permanent

Job Requirements
Qualification
First Degree Management, Business Administration or related
2 years of experience as HR Admin
Excellent Computer Literacy (MS-Windows, MS- Word, MS – Excel, Email, etc.)
