Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.

  • Prepare professional emails, Meeting Minutes, letters, memos, and official documents.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally and confidentially.

  • Liaise with departments to ensure timely information flow and task completion.

  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic).

  • Manage confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Support office administration activities when required.

  • Assist with special projects and assignments as directed by management.

  • Support planning of executive events and meetings.

  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the Executives.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
