We are seeking a proactive and versatile Human Resources Specialist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the talent needed to support our fast-growing operations across sales, technical services, logistics, and assembly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles (from Sales Managers to specialized Process Engineers and Technicians), ensuring efficient and timely hiring.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.

• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, handle disciplinary matters, and promote a positive and productive work environment.

• Administer payroll inputs, manage employee benefits programs, and assist in performance management and salary review cycles.

• Oversee the smooth onboarding of new hires and identify training and development needs.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a dedicated Human Resources role, preferably within a technical, manufacturing, or sales-driven industry.

• In-depth knowledge of local labor legislation and best practices in HR management.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
