Job Description

 Duties and Responsibilities:

 A. Content Creation & Production

  • Visual Asset Capture: Plan, attend, and capture high-quality photography and videography at internal and external MFI events (e.g., client success stories, workshops, financial literacy training, branch activities, etc). Chairs the Branch Credit Committee (BCC) and participates in evaluating, approving, or rejecting loans according to the level of discretion;

  • Post-Production: Execute basic to intermediate-level post-production on all captured media, including video trimming, subtitling, color correction, graphic overlays, and photo editing/resizing for specific platform requirements,

  • Content Library Management: Maintain and organize the MFI's digital asset management library of approved photos and videos

B. Strategy & Execution 

  • Content Planning: Develop and maintain a content calendar focused on financial literacy, product promotion, and community outreach, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance.

  • Platform Management: Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and formatting across all available platforms (e.g., Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to maintain a   

C. Community & Performance

  • Community Engagement: Monitor all channels, rapidly respond to comments and direct messages, and proactively manage online sentiment to foster trust and address issues.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze key metrics (reach, engagement rate, lead conversion) and report on the effectiveness of visual content and overall social strategy.

  • Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor 

 Job Requirements

  • Diploma (Level 4) COC certified /BA in Marketing, Business Management, IT, Journalism & Communications, Public relations, Digital Media & related fields 4/2 years and above experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Social media management, paid social media ads and SEO.

  • Certifications in relevant areas such as Google Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, is highly preferable 

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude

  • Proven professional experience managing corporate social media accounts Be proficient in Microsoft office applications

  • Demonstrated ability to operate basic camera/smartphone equipment for quality photo/video capture. Proficiency in graphic design & essential editing tools (e.g., Adobe Rush, Canva, or similar basic post-production software).

  • Excellent written communication skills for creating engaging captions and professional, compliant responses.

  • Understanding of the finance sector and a commitment to promoting financial literacy motor bicycle driving skill and License

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
