Go Fresh Trading PLC is looking for a restaurant Manager Young, energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic graduates in hospitality Managment.  

Job Description                        

Position: Restaurant Manager  

Place of Work:  Addis Ababa

Career Level:  3 years of experience

Employment Type:  Full-Time 

Salary:  As per the Company scale 

Number of Opening:  1 (One)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff.

  • Planning menus.

  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.

  • Promoting and marketing the business.

  • Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.

  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints.

  • Taking reservations.

  • Greeting and advising customers.

  • Problem solving.

  • Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.

  • Keeping statistical and financial records.

  • Assessing and improving profitability.

  • Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives.

  • Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

  • Assist the end-to-end recruitment process like Job Posting, Screening and Interviews

  • Prepare induction and onboarding plan and documentation for new hires

  • Maintain proper communication between management and employee

  • Maintain employee records, HR Databases and documentation

  • Handle employee benefits, leaves, and attendance management.

  • Support the performance appraisal process and monitor employee performance metrics.

  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions.

  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities 

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong financial management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Effective communication and sociability
