Administration & Office Support
Positions Available: Secretary / Administrative Assistant, 

Position Overview:
We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and professional individuals to support the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our organization. Candidates will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, efficient communication, and proper financial management to support the organization’s mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Provide professional administrative and secretarial support to senior management and departments.

  • Manage correspondence, emails, official documents, and internal communication effectively.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain management calendars.

  • Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and internal documentation with accuracy.

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for efficient record-keeping.

  • Coordinate with media partners, vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams for seamless workflow.

  • Support logistics planning and execution for events, trainings, field visits, and office activities.

  • Assist management in day-to-day office operations, administrative planning, and resource coordination.

  • Ensure professional handling of confidential information and sensitive documentation.

Job Requirements

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Amharic and English.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing demands.

  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and discretion in all duties
