Job Description

The Human Capital Administration Manager at OVID Real Estate plays a crucial role in overseeing the organization's human resource functions. In this role, you will manage HR policies and practices to enhance employee engagement and performance. You will lead the HR operation team, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and development processes are in place. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to align human capital strategies with the company's goals.
This position reports to the Chief Human Capital Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan.

  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Manage employee performance management systems to drive continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate training and coaching programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

  • Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective change management.

  • Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational development initiatives.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.

  • Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective practices.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • BA/MA holder in Human Resource Management or related field of study

  • A minimum of 10 years direct experience for BA holders and 8 years for MA holders.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret workforce data and metrics effectively.

  • Exhibit active listening skills to understand employee concerns and feedback.

  • Communicate clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance and personal development.

  • Utilize decision-making skills to solve complex HR challenges and drive initiatives.

  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide HR teams.

  • Manage conflict resolution processes to maintain a harmonious workplace.

  • Implement strategic thinking to align HR objectives with business goals.

  • Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to enhance productivity.

  • Demonstrate adaptability to navigate changing organizational needs.

Desired Skills:
