The Technical Manager at WAGL Pharmaceutical Trading Plc will oversee technical operations within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing product quality. This full-time mid-level position, based in the office in Addis Ababa, will involve managing technical staff, developing processes, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the technical team to ensure efficient operations.

  • Develop and implement technical processes to improve product quality.

  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate project execution.

  • Analyze technical data and prepare reports for management.

  • Train and mentor staff on technical procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements
