Prep Assistant operator will support the main operators in their daily routine activities. He will be directly responsible for the tasks that come from operators and supervisors.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operational

• Support Cleaning: ensure work area is always clean and free from leakage, dirt, seed and impurities spillage.

• Support operations: Assist in monitoring moving machineries, pressure and temperature gauges, and post cleaning status to ensure proper functioning

• Support operations: Assist operators in startup, running and shutdown of preparatory section

• Support operations: ensure accurate recording of post impurities removed from prep and follow up production helpers (casuals)

• Maintenance: perform preventive maintenances (machine cleaning, inspection and lubrication)

• Maintenance: whenever there is a break down, he is responsible to supply tools and take quick steps to support operators and technicians

• Material handling: properly utilize cleaning materials, safety materials and production and technical materials. Properly transport materials y using cart or trolley from one place to the other

•  Compliance: fully comply to the company’s policies (EHS, HR and production and quality policies)

• Compliance: fully comply to internal systems standards and ISOs (OHS, EMS and FSMS).

• Compliance: follow strong safety protocols in all factory premises and wear provided PPEs

• The prep Assistant operator will be taking any orders from the operator and supervisors even to support other functions outside Prep section

1.1 Sustainable development

• Application of 5S (sorting, set in order, systematic cleaning, standardizing and sustaining).

1.2 Safety and housekeeping 

• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and ensure a clean working environment.

• Always follow proper handling procedures for hexene

• Regularly check critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to prevent unsafe conditions.

• Involve in machine and house cleaning activity's.

• Keep the work area free of spills, combustible materials, and unnecessary clutter to reduce fire hazards.

• Be familiar with the location and operation of fire extinguishers and emergency exits.

• Maintain Safe, Healthy and Risk-Free Working Environment on Shift base

Job Requirements

1. JOB REQUIREMENT

• T&V (10+2) in technical field Grade complete on his education

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience,

• Good knowledge of safety standards 

• Ability to diagnose malfunctions and take corrective actions
