To provide comprehensive legal support to the business group by ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing legal risks, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing the company in legal matters.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to management and business units on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.

• Ensure company compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Handle company registrations, licenses, renewals, and regulatory filings.

• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dealings with external parties, courts, and government offices.

• Manage disputes, claims, and litigation in coordination with external legal counsel when required.

• Review company policies and procedures to minimize legal risks.

• Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions.

• Maintain proper legal records, documentation, and contract databases.

• Perform other legal tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized University; master’s degree is an advantage.

• Licensed to practice law in the country.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law.

• Strong knowledge of business, labor, and commercial laws.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
