Reports To: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: Negotiable

 To identify, attract, and convert potential property owners and tenants; maintain strong client relationships; promote property management services; and support the company’s growth through effective and timely sales activities.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

• Identify potential property owners, landlords, and tenants through outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Present and promote property management services, negotiate terms, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Conduct property tours, prepare digital listings, and support marketing activities to increase visibility and lead generation.
• Assist clients in understanding lease agreements, service packages, and all relevant documentation.
• Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and competitor offerings to refine sales approaches.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, performance summaries, and client updates.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing property owners and tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and negotiations promptly and professionally.
• Act as a liaison between property owners and tenants, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

Marketing Support

• Assist in creating promotional materials, digital content, and marketing campaigns.
• Support online and offline marketing initiatives aimed at attracting property owners and tenants.

Professional Conduct & Administrative Duties

• Always report to work on time and maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Complete all tasks and assignments given by the manager within the required timeframe.
• Uphold company policies, values, and standards in all work-related responsibilities.
• Maintain organized documentation and accurate communication with clients and team members.

 Key Competencies

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure timely conversion.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and accountability.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of reports.
• Contribute positively to team goals, company reputation, and overall client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

  • Proven 1-3 years of experience in sales, property management, or real estate is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Good understanding of property leasing, customer service, and sales processes.

  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

  • Proficient in basic computer applications and digital marketing platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Honest, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
