Our Company was established in April 2015 with two staff. Currently, we have a total of 400+ employees with different professional backgrounds and work Experience. And now, Droga Pharma PLC, as a business unit, is establishing a chain of pharmacies all over the Nation.

Droga pharma PLC having a strong local presence on the Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals market has established a partnership with Bio pharmaceuticals.

The Cameraman is responsible for capturing high-quality video and photo content for the organization’s marketing, branding, corporate communication, and digital media needs. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced field and studio environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate professional video cameras, drones, and photography equipment during events, interviews, product shoots, and corporate activities.

• Capture high-quality footage aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.

• Ensuring proper framing, lighting, sound capture, and stabilization in all recordings.

• Conduct pre-shoot equipment checks (battery, SD cards, lenses, lighting kits).

• Work closely with the video editor to transfer, organize, and archive footage.

• Provide input on visual storytelling, shot selection, transitions, and sequencing.

• Assist in basic editing when needed.

• Collaborate with the marketing, digital, and creative teams to plan and execute video concepts.

• Participate in content planning meetings and provide technical recommendations.

• Follow shooting schedules, scene lists, and creative briefs accurately.

• Properly maintain cameras, lenses, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.

• Troubleshoot common technical issues during shoots.

• Stay Updated: Remain current on new video trends, technology, software, and social media best practices 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Journalism, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 0–1 years of experience in professional videography or cinematography.
  
  Technical Skills
   

• Proficient in handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, and audio gear.

• Basic knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).

• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movement.
