Duties & Responsibilities: - To lead and manage modern trade channel sales within assigned areas, ensuring achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and effective execution of in-store visibility and promotional activities. The role holder will strengthen relationships with key modern trade customers to drive sustainable business growth. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and distribution targets for assigned modern trade customers. - Develop and execute joint business plans with key modern trade partners.
