Job Description

DROGA PHARMA PLC is an importer, distributor, and commission agent for pharmaceuticals and healthcare products in the territory of Ethiopia. 

Our Company was established in April 2015 with two staff. Currently, we have a total of 400+ employees with different professional backgrounds and work Experience. And now, Droga Pharma PLC, as a business unit, is establishing a chain of pharmacies all over the Nation.

Droga pharma PLC having a strong local presence on the Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals market has established a partnership with Bio pharmaceuticals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Build and manage a loyal customer base by capturing customer data, processing loyalty program sign-ups, and conducting follow-up communication (calls/messages) to encourage repeat visits to the Megenagna branch.

  • The ability to listen closely to customers' problems (often sensitive) and offer solutions without aggressive selling, fostering trust and rapport.

  • Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.

  • High energy, approachability, and exceptional patience. The ability to engage strangers quickly, maintain professional composure during busy periods, and convert curiosity into sales.

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

  • Promote special offers and new products to enhance sales.

  • Assist in stock management, including receiving, organizing, and displaying products.

  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages.

  • Stay informed about product features, benefits, and trends in cosmetics and nutrition.

  • Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

  • Assist in creating attractive displays that highlight promotions and new arrivals.

  • Gather and relay customer feedback to management for product improvement and service enhancement.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.

  • Accurately process sales transactions (cash and digital payments) and reconcile daily sales reports, ensuring minimal discrepancies.

  • Must maintain a polished, professional appearance and represent the brand's commitment to wellness and beauty, acting as a living advertisement for the product lines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management or related fields 

  • Experience: 0-1 year

  • Experience in sales of Cosmetics and Nutrition is highly preferable 

  • Must live around Megenagna
