About the Role:
City Cars is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Secretary to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist management, and help ensure smooth workflow within the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital)

  • Schedule meetings and appointments

  • Prepare letters, reports, and basic documents

  • Assist with office coordination and customer communication

  • Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office preferred)

  • Ability to work efficiently and professionally
