Position: Legal Counsel / Legal Officer
Location: [Addis Ababa/Ayat 72 Bridge]
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice to management and business units.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.

  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.

  • Conduct legal research and prepare reports on regulatory changes.

  • Manage risk by advising on corporate governance, intellectual property, labor law, and commercial matters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); Master’s degree or specialization preferred.
