To serve as the vital link between Ethio Malaya Trading PLC and its customers. The primary focus is on proactive customer outreach, professional email communication, and effective product introduction to generate interest, build relationships, and support sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via email to introduce new and existing products.
· Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through official email channels.
· Create and maintain a clean, organized database of customer contacts and communication logs.
· Prepare and send product information sheets, catalogs, and promotional materials.
· Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks related to customer follow-up and lead management.
· Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports on outreach activities and customer feedback.
· Perform other general administrative duties as assigned by the team leader.

 · Personal Attributes:
· Exceptional written communication skills for crafting clear and persuasive emails.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

 Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

· Education: Diploma or above in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· Experience: Prior experience in customer service, administration, telemarketing, or email marketing is a strong advantage. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

· Technical Skills:
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Amharic.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
· Ability to learn quickly about company products and services.
