Conduct inspections to verify the accuracy of shipments and resolve any discrepancies. - Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track loading/offloading operations performance. - Evaluate loading/offloading processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
