Three Y Flexible Packaging Plc is a flexible packaging factory, has established in 

September 25, 2004 E.C located at Nifas Silk lafto behind Kadisco building, 

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Thus, Three Y Flexible Packaging Plc would like to hire qualified 

& energetic applicant for the following vacant post

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and brand.

  • Manage advertising, promotional campaigns, and exhibitions.

  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments.

  • Prepare regular marketing and sales performance reports for management.

  • Identify new markets and business opportunities.

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product positioning and pricing.

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

  • Oversee digital marketing activities—social media, website content, and online campaigns.

  • Manage customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

 Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing and sales management, preferably in manufacturing sector.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in English and Amharic; additional languages are an asset.

  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office and digital marketing tools).
