Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Junior Logistics Officer to support daily import and export activities, prepare shipping documents, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure compliance with customs requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the air and sea export properly from custom commission, ET airlines and shipping company and other jobs assigned

  2. Manage all shipping documentation is correct and proceed in timely manner 

  3. Manage the third party like INSA, ECA, MOT permission application request on one window system 

  4. To prepare efficiently and effectively the necessary import export documents on all shipping requirements 

  5. Undertake proper filing activities like printing, checking documents and data cleaning and preparation of records for easy reference 

  6. Communicate effectively with staffs and immediate team Manager

  7. Generate reports to logistics team Manager 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related business field

  • 0 years or 1 year  of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for daily reporting
