Summary of Job 

As a Bank and Customer Relationship Services Officer, you'll play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and providing seamless operational support. You'll handle transactions, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with financial policies to deliver outstanding service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial transactions

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Previous experience in customer service or banking operations is preferred.
