BA Degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Economics, Agricultural Economics, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities:  - Assist in reviewing daily and weekly project plans and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.  - Extract and summarize key achievements, lessons learned, good practices, challenges, and proposed solutions from field submissions.  - Support performance review processes by compiling relevant data comparing progress against plans and targets. 

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct research to inform the development of the strategy for the East Africa portfolio and to inform the design of specific projects in the portfolio. - Participate in relevant stakeholder meetings to build knowledge and engage with key stakeholders, including taking notes, helping to keep track of follow up actions, and maintaining records of engagement in Monday.com - Support the development of Idea Notes and Project Concept notes, including drafting initial content based on discussions with potential partners and with steer from the Regional Manager
