Education:

  • BA Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Science, Customer Service, or related fields.

Main Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a positive and welcoming first impression.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Afan Oromo & Amharic is mandatory.

  • English is an added advantage.
