Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive mine plans, considering geological data, ore body characteristics, geotechnical criteria, and mining constraints to optimize gold recovery. - Work with technical, operational/contractor teams to optimize mining performance, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to standards. - Engage with key stakeholders to ensure collaborative delivery of the mining plans.
