Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming merchandise for quantity, quality, discrepancies, and damages, comparing against purchase orders.​

  • Organize and store items in designated locations to optimize space, accessibility, rotation, and sales efficiency.​

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels against sales reports, and perform regular audits or counts to identify variances.​

  • Issue and dispatch goods based on authorized requisitions, updating records and coordinating with procurement or sales teams for replenishment.​

  • Monitor stock to initiate purchase requisitions at minimum levels, halt excess purchases, and manage returns, expirations, or surpluses.​

  • Keep the store or warehouse clean, organized, and safe, adhering to health, safety, and operational standards.​

Job Requirement

  • Education: TVET Level IV/III or Diploma in Purchase & Supply Management, Marketing Management, Computer Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.
