Job Description

The HR Officer at Chora Gas and Chemical Product Factory plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resource and Recruitment functions. This full-time position is designed for junior-level professionals with 1-3 years of experience, offering an opportunity to develop essential HR skills in an office environment. The HR Officer will assist in various HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. The role requires critical thinking to address HR challenges effectively and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening applications.

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Support employee onboarding by preparing orientation materials and schedules.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

  • Provide administrative support to HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration.

  • Facilitate employee training and development programs.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.

  • Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
