Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Generate and analyze sales reports to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an international company.

  • Experience in selling materials or products outside of Ethiopia is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Chinese) is an advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences through various channels.

  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client interactions.

  • Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing techniques.

  • Compile and analyze sales reporting data to drive performance improvements.

  • Foster strong customer relationships to enhance client retention.

  • Engage in continuous learning to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
