Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first contact point for customers via in person or digital mechanisms (walk-ins, calls, emails).

  • Collect Payment and issue receipt

  • Record complaints, inquiries, and payment-related requests

  • Update payment states on payment follow up when payment is funded

  • Facilitated receipts to be issued for customers

  • All related documents were reviewed and updated accordingly

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Senior Officer

  • Carry out related tasks assigned by the Customer Service Head 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in management, business administration or related fields

  • 1 - 2 years of work experience as a customer service or payment/cash collection related positions, preferably in a real estate
