Job Description

Driving customer loyalty by proactively managing an account base of up to 200+ accounts in an assigned territory by employing a disciplined sales campaign targeting specific customers. The PSSR will qualify accounts, update the customer's complete account information and begin to develop the customer relationship

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Advise and consult customers on pre-acquisition to equipment to disposal. 

  • Assist customers in lowering owning and operating costs by identifying operational efficiencies and improving machine productivity. 

  • Bring in new business, take proper care of existing business, and assists in the resolution of any customer issue. 

  • Travel to customer sites.

  • Make cold calls.

  • Assist the sales team as needed.

  • Market & Sell CAT Product Programs through regular contact with assigned clients.

  • Develop Clients & Dealer relationships.

  • Work closely with Clients on planned maintenance & component change out programs to meet due dates from Parts Inventory and Parts inventory.

  • Achieve Parts Department’s Financial and Non - Financial Targets, achieve 100% of Allocated Sales Target using PTOS & assist in achieving debt / Gross Profit Target.

  • Develop & Promote Product Support Merchandise Programs through feedbacks from field, meetings with Service Engineers / Clients to promote CTS, SOS, CSA, & Repair Option sales

  • Hold regular meetings with Service Managers to address outstanding customer jobs (WIP)

  • Maintain Salesforce Data with emphasis on allocated customers as per set targets (PAR) of individual customers.

  • Focus on every sales opportunity from customer site.

  • Report any loss sale opportunity 

  • Liaise with the Supervisor or Manager at all times and undertake any additional work assigned outside the scope above

Job Requirements

Experience

  • At least three years Sales experience in the Marketing & Sales of Mantrac/ Delta Product lines

Qualification 

  • BSC in Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge

  • Service Information Systems

  • CAT Product Knowledge 

Skills

  • Strong communication Sales skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Good Numerical Skill

  • Good P/P Presentations skills.
