Elbas baswaterproofing is seeking an organized, strategic, and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key company projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent marketing knowldge ,communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. The Project Manager will play a central role in ensuring operational efficiency and supporting the company’s growth trajectory.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing purchase order, import product

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear understanding of project scope and deliverables and sales growth.

• Onitor progress and make adjustments to keep projects on track.Identify risks early and implement mitigation measures.

Team Coordination & Leadership

• Lead, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams (creative, technical, operations, marketing, etc.).

• Facilitate regular team meetings, updates, and progress reviews.

• Ensure smooth communication between departments.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.

• Communicate project progress, timelines, and expectations clearly and professionally.

• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality outputs on schedule.
  Operational Management

• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and workflow optimization.

• Track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.

• Ensure all project processes align with company standards and quality

Job Requirements

• Education Qualification: Bachelors Degree civil engineering ,accounting business Administration band related field

• Experience: 6 month and Above

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
