We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service standards. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the hospitality industry, be fluent in English, and have 3–5 years of proven managerial experience in high-end restaurants or hotel establishments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Maintain high service standards and ensure excellent guest experience.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless daily operations.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering needs.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with restaurant policies.
Implement processes to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure proper cash handling, reporting, and daily sales reconciliation.
Uphold the restaurants brand image, culture, and hospitality values.
Job Requirements
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Hospitality background is Preferable (high-end restaurant or hotel experience required).
Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and communication).
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and guest relations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Presentable, professional, and dedicated to delivering top-tier service.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fast learner with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
