Technical Training or Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Set up, test, and operate audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, sound systems, microphones, and cameras (as needed). - Ensure proper cabling and connections for all audio-visual equipment - Manage and adjust audio and visual settings to optimize sound quality, picture clarity, and overall presentation effectiveness. - Troubleshoot technical problems with audio-visual equipment and identify solutions. - Assist with the operation of presentation software and other multimedia tools. - Maintain and perform basic cleaning of audio-visual equipment. - Pack up and store audio-visual equipment after events. - Collaborate with event organizers and presenters to understand their needs and ensure successful execution of presentations. - Follow safety protocols and procedures when setting up and operating equipment.
