The Pre-press CTP Operator/Designer plays a crucial role in preparing digital files for printing processes within the engineering sector at QuaLabels Manufacturers PLC. This full-time position is designed for junior-level candidates with 1-3 years of experience, working in an office environment in Addis Ababa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of pre-press materials and collaborating with design teams to meet project specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate CTP systems to produce high-quality printing plates.

• Review and prepare digital files for printing processes.

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure project requirements are met.

• Conduct quality checks on printed materials to maintain standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to pre-press equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of production processes and outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

• Assist in optimizing workflows and processes within the pre-press department.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in pre-press technology.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
