We are seeking an expert Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across search engines and social platforms. Your goal will be to maximize ROI, drive qualified traffic, and convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and performance tracking
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, ROI; adjust strategy to improve performance
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
Manage advertising budgets and bid strategies, ensuring efficient spend and maximum results
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership

Proven track record managing PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable results
