We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Middle Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

As a Middle Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our water filtration systems within your assigned territory. You will leverage your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to identify new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a passion for promoting clean and safe drinking water.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales goals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers on the benefits of our water filtration systems.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management.

• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.

• Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market demands.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor is degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the water filtration or related industry.

• Strong understanding of water filtration technologies and solutions is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
