Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting the design and implementation of logical frameworks, monitoring systems, and evaluation strategies for projects.

• Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data to inform program stakeholders and improve program effectiveness.

• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of monitoring and evaluation tools, databases, and indicators to track project progress.

• Contributing to the development of communication materials to share evidence and program results internally and externally.

• Providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining filing systems for PME documentation.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with teams for data quality assurance, presentations, and responding to data requests.

• Participating in data collection efforts like baseline studies and performance assessments.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
