Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Receives and counts the raw materials purchased for the organization's operations after verifying their authenticity - Ensures that the type and quantity of the materials are as requested and ensures that they are stored in the designated area - In the event of a defect, breakage or other condition upon receipt, the customer shall immediately request a replacement with a correct and non-defective item without receiving it; - After verifying that the purchased items are in accordance with the purchase order, the customer shall prepare a goods receipt document, verify the condition and correct number of the items, and sign the goods receipt document and hand it over to the supplier - Ensures that the goods received from the supplier and the purchasing employee are stored in their correct location, at the correct temperature, away from the floor, and in a condition that does not absorb moisture

BA Degree in Purchasing & Supply Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Receives the Incoming materials and keeps in storage to the assigned category of Rack/Shelf properly; and recording GRN (Goods Received voucher) and also updates BIN card; - Issues materials based on the SR (Store Request form) which comes from the user department when ordered by an authorized person; - Capturers the issued store items on SIV (Store Issue Voucher);
