Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Customer Acquisition Officer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in similar positions and a strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies. Experience working in tech or fintech companies is a major advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers to achieve growth targets

  • Research potential markets and customer segments to generate leads

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive acquisition

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize acquisition strategies

  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiate deals with prospects

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on customer acquisition performance and KPIs

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress

  • Participate in strategy planning, sales meetings, and process improvement initiatives

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to enhance acquisition efforts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in customer acquisition or related roles

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience in tech/fintech is highly desirable

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
