Position: Junior Coffee Roaster
Location: Akaki/Gelan
Salary: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in operating coffee roasting equipment under supervision.

• Follow roasting profiles to produce consistent roast levels.

• Monitor roast times, temperatures, and bean characteristics throughout the roast.

• Record roast data (batch logs, cupping notes, machine settings).

Job Requirements

• BSc Degree in Horticulture/ Plant Science or any related field of study

• Training certificate for coffee Roasting is required

• 0–1 year relevant Experience
