Position: Store clerk

Company: Summit Engineered Plastic PLC (under MIDROC Investment Group – Manufacturing Cluster)

Location: Addis Ababa, Akaki Kality Sub-City, Woreda 05 (in front of Wuha Lemat, one kilometer from the main street)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: As per company salary scale

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.

• Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries.

• Provide product recommendations and basic product knowledge.

• Handle customer complaints or direct them to a supervisor when necessary.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Property Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, and Management

Experience:

• 0 years for Degree or 2 Years for Diploma
