Job Title: Corporate Event Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Event Manager to lead, plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale corporate events, client visits, and internal engagement programs.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate events at a managerial level, excellent organizational capabilities, and outstanding stakeholder management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Corporate Events & Engagement

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide and department-level events, team-building activities, and staff engagement programs.

  • Develop and maintain an annual events and engagement calendar, keeping teams informed on schedules, logistics, and key deadlines.

  • Manage and track event budgets, monitoring expenses and preparing periodic reports.

  • Gather event feedback, measure impact, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance employee engagement.

Client & Guest Visit Management

  • Manage end-to-end coordination for client visits, ensuring a polished, professional experience.

  • Oversee meeting room arrangements, office preparation, scheduling, and hospitality logistics.

Office & Employee Experience

  • Support onboarding and welcoming processes for new employees.

  • Maintain an organized, professional, and brand-aligned office environment.

  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, Business Support, and department leaders to align engagement initiatives with company goals.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Proven experience in corporate event management or similar roles at a managerial level.

  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and logistics for medium-to-large corporate events.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple high-priority activities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Professional demeanor suitable for interacting with executives and high-level clients.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
