Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in aviation and related industries

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with airlines, operators, and partners

  • Promote Red Sea Aviation Services’ portfolio of flight support and VIP assistance solutions

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic sales initiatives

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management

  • Provide timely sales reports and updates to the leadership team

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

  • Identify potential clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their aviation support needs

  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address service concerns

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools

  • Contribute to the company’s growth strategy by suggesting innovative sales approaches

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience (travel, logistics, or service industry preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Fluency in English and Amharic (additional languages are an advantage)

  • Willingness to travel as required
