About the Role Intrinsic Consultancy, PLC is seeking a proactive Administration Assistant with strong finance experience to support our daily operations. This role combines administrative responsibilities with financial tasks, ensuring smooth office management and accurate financial processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination

  • Assist with financial tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking

  • Support payment preparation and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements

  • Handle procurement and logistics for projects and office needs

  • Maintain organized records and documentation for both admin and finance functions

Job Requirement:

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in administration with exposure to finance/accounting

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
