Dallol Consulting PLC is seeking a Mid Level Architect with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Addis Ababa on a full-time basis. The Architect will play a key role in the design and planning of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. This position requires a blend of technical skills and creative thinking, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative solutions while managing project timelines and deliverables.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural designs and plans using Revit , Autocad and Rendering Softwares 

• Create visually appealing presentations and graphics with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary data.

• Prepare project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address challenges.

• Integrate sustainable practices into architectural designs whenever possible.

• Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients and team members.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD  for creating precise architectural designs.

• BIM Knowledge 

• Experienced in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for graphic design and presentation.
