KKGW General Import and Export is looking for Store Keeper.

The Store Keeper is in charge of overseeing the receiving, distribution, and storage of items in the warehouse while making sure that inventory management, documentation, and adherence to company policies and procedures are all done correctly. By guaranteeing correct stock records, working on prevention and control strategy, and assisting with procurement and logistical tasks, this position plays a crucial part in attaining the supply chain efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing inventory control system, workplace organization and maintaining stock, receiving and dispatching goods, keeping records of transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of a store or warehouse.

• Maintain standards by properly receiving, storing and distributing the products with the proper store procedure and updates daily.

• Prepare internal documentation related with inventory control management systems, counting and auditing, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report.

• Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule and oversee deliveries. Manage products as per approved requisitions, ensuring accurate quantities and specifications and fill the formats prepared. 

• Inspect incoming raw materials and products to ensure they meet specified quantity, quality standards and specifications.

• Adherence to safety standards and organizational policies related to the handling and storage of items.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following GMP, safety guidelines and procedures.

• Work with team members and other departments as needed to ensure that priorities such as: safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction are fulfilled.

Job Requirements

Common Requirements 

Education: Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing/assembly line/related fields as store keeper.

Skills: Inventory management, organizational proficiency, record keeping, data entry, teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Knowledge: Lean 5s, kaizen, safety procedures, product controlling basics.
