Job Title: Pre-sales Junior Engineer

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Job Summary:

The Pre-sales Junior Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical assistance and solution design. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a foundational understanding of IT solutions who is eager to learn and grow within the pre-sale’s environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and translating them into technical requirements.
Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop ICT solutions based on the company's portfolio, with a focus on Data Center, Networking, Cloud, Storage, and ERP solutions.
Prepare and document technical proposals, bills of quantities, and other technical documentation.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients under the guidance of senior team members.
Provide pre-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of the proposed solutions.
Stay updated on new technologies and product developments within the IT solutions landscape.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT).
A minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT-related technical or pre-sales role.
Foundational knowledge and/or experience in at least one of the following areas: Data Center solutions, Networking, Cloud, Storage, or ERP solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
