Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource Executive (Senior HR Officer)
Department/Division: Human Resource and Admin
Reports to: Managing Director
Required Person: 1 (One)

To take responsibility for the development, implementation and improvement of effective Human Resource policies and procedures through recruitment, retention, motivation, training & development and performance at all levels thereby, leading to an effective/efficient HR function, ensuring the achievement of organizational objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Human Resource Executive (Officer) Management

Contribute to the development of the organization plan as a member of the core team, provide advice/guidance to the management on all aspects related to human resources and develop/implement organization-wide human resources procedures to facilitate organizational objectives.

Recruitment and Selection

Ensure all organizational manpower requirements are identified whilst attracting, selecting and recruiting suitable talent in order to fulfill organizational requirements whilst ensuring talent requirements are fulfilled in line with the budgets for same in an efficient and timely manner.

Payroll Administration

Ensure the Time and Attendance systems work to the satisfaction of the organization and all activities are aligned to the Payroll system and:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overlook the payroll process by analyzing/checking areas such as OT, attendance, absenteeism and monitor the preparation reports as and when required by the management & highlight issues to Management in a timely manner to take necessary action.

  • Overlook employment correspondence such as service letters, confirmations etc.

  • Provide information on manpower statistics etc. to required parties (management/EIC).

  • Identify bottlenecks or the need for improvements with regard to administration of the organization whilst making suitable recommendations in order to maximize the effectiveness.

  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration

  • 4–5 years of work experience with 2 years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Sound understanding of legal aspects pertaining to employment and labour relations

  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills

  • IT literacy skills
