Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Learning & Development Officer to join our HR/People & Culture team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our organization’s learning culture by designing, delivering, and evaluating high-impact training and development initiatives. You will lead employee coaching programs, support succession and leadership development, and ensure all training activities contribute directly to organizational performance and capability building.

Duties and Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Planning
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development priorities across departments.
Develop, plan, and execute the annual training plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and workforce capability needs.
Collaborate with leaders to design customized learning solutions that support organizational objectives.

Training Design, Delivery & Coaching
Design high-quality training programs, learning modules, and blended learning solutions.
Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.
Lead employee coaching initiatives, offering 1:1 and group coaching sessions to enhance performance and career development.
Support managers in building coaching skills and strengthening team capability.

Succession Planning & Talent Development
Play a key role in supporting succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.
Lead successor development programs, working closely with identified high-potential employees.
Manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs), competency frameworks, and talent development activities.

Evaluation & Impact Measurement
Conduct training impact assessments using proven evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick).
Monitor and analyze learning metrics, preparing reports for HR and leadership teams.
Continuously improve training content, methods, and delivery strategies based on feedback and impact data.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Partner with department leaders to identify development needs and deliver targeted training solutions.
Manage relationships with external trainers, vendors, and consulting partners.
Ensure training delivery is timely, cost-effective, and aligned with quality standards.

Team & Culture Building
Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and performance excellence across the organization.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a similar HR role.
Strong experience in training facilitation, instructional design, and employee coaching.
Experience in preparing and executing annual training plans.
Ability to conduct training impact assessments and analyze learning data.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
