We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrub Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, compassionate, and have a strong commitment to the field of healthcare.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures by scrubbing in and handling instruments and supplies

• Maintains a sterile field by following established protocols

• Communicates with the surgical team to ensure the smooth flow of the procedure

• Anticipates the needs of the surgeon and provides instruments and supplies accordingly

• Assists with counting, checking all instruments are ready before and after the procedure

• Prepares and maintains the operating room by setting up equipment and supplies

• Cleans and sterilizes instruments following established procedures

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Working Conditions

• The working condition will be office hours or shift as the hospital needs.

Job Requirements

Minimum Specification & Requirement

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

• BSC/Diploma from an approved nursing program.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) from the country of origin.

• Certificate on BLS and ACLS training. 

• Profound knowledge in defibrillator utilization.

• Knowledge in Infusion Pump utilization and calculation. 

• A minimum of two years of experience in the operating room is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Have good communication skills. 

• Have some computer skills.

• Know the nursing profession.

• Have good observation skills.

• Language: Fluent in English (oral & written).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Willingness to work flexible hours
